Rafael Nadal’s new ad for Mapfre, a Spanish insurance company, has been released today. In the clip a Maprfe employee brings Nadal to his daughters show and tell class much to the delight of her fellow classmates.
In other Nadal news, the Spanish world number one claimed his first official win of the season in Doha comfortably beating Karol Beck 6-3, 6-0
“It’s a good start of the year for me. Right now I am focused and trying to play good tournament here. I think I finish the season playing better than ever in London. I think I practiced really well in Mallorca during all of December. The past two matches against Berdych and Roger in Abu Dhabi, my feeling was really good.”
The thing to watch for Nadal fans is his health. Rafa admitted today that the night before the match he had a fever.
His mother Ana Maria Perera and girlfriend Xisca Perello are on hand to take care of him.
