Finally some good news on the recovery of Pete Sampras’ stolen trophies and memorabilia that were taken in November last year. The trophies, including one Australian Open title and a significant number of his other titles, were taken from a storage unit the American star had rented as he moved houses.
Apparently a lawyer hired by the Sampras family was contacted by a lawyer for the people who had the items and that the matter was now in the hands of police after a large portion of it showed up at on Saturday at a hospital in Marina del Rey
There is no word as to why it was left at the hospital but they hope to have the items back in Pete’s hands after the police go through it all.
